    END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

    This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Caeser LLC ("Cirqly"), governing your use of the Cirqly mobile application ("Application").

    1. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

    This Agreement is concluded between the User and Caeser LLC only, and not with Apple Inc. or Google LLC. Neither Apple nor Google is responsible for the Application or its content.

    2. LICENSE GRANT

    Cirqly grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for personal or business purposes, in accordance with this Agreement, Apple's App Store Terms of Service, and Google Play Terms of Service.

    3. SCOPE OF LICENSE

    You may not:

    • Modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code.
    • Use the Application for unlawful purposes.
    • Resell, distribute, or sublicense the Application.

    4. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS

    Certain features of the Application require payment. Subscriptions are processed via Apple In-App Purchases or Google Play Billing.

    Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

    You may manage subscriptions in your Apple or Google Play account settings.

    5. USER CONTENT

    Users retain ownership of content they upload. By uploading content, you grant Cirqly a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, host, and display such content solely for operating the Application.

    Users are responsible for ensuring their content does not violate laws or third-party rights.

    6. DATA AND PRIVACY

    Use of the Application is subject to our Privacy Policy, available at: https://cirqly.app/privacy

    7. NO WARRANTY

    The Application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind.

    8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Caeser LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Application.

    9. TERMINATION

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Agreement.

    10. THIRD-PARTY BENEFICIARY

    Apple and its subsidiaries, as well as Google LLC and its subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement and may enforce its terms against you.

    11. GOVERNING LAW

    This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
